Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact:
Include your order number and the reason for the return request. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
