Every order is prepared with care.
Standard Delivery
Delivery within Cairo and Giza takes four business days and costs EGP 100.
For other governorates, please contact us to confirm delivery time and charges before placing your order.
Express Delivery
Same-day or next-day delivery within Cairo and Giza costs EGP 250, subject to availability.
Public Holidays
Orders are not delivered during public holidays, and express delivery is unavailable. Deliveries resume after the holiday period ends.
Free Store Pickup
Collect your order free of charge from:
- Souq Al-Fustat, Old Cairo.
- Walk of Cairo, Sheikh Zayed.
We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Please wait for our confirmation before visiting.
Payment
Pay securely online by card, or choose Cash on Delivery.
Special Orders
Special orders are paid in full through InstaPay before preparation begins and are not eligible for Cash on Delivery. Delivery timing is agreed with you when your order is confirmed.
If a special order has a manufacturing defect or does not match the agreed specifications, please contact us to arrange a return.
Receiving Your Order
Please check your order in the presence of our delivery representative, who will wait while you confirm that the products, sizes and colors are correct.
If you notice anything damaged, defective or incorrect, please let the representative know.
If an issue becomes apparent after delivery, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where possible. This helps us resolve the issue promptly and does not limit your statutory rights.
