Shipping
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available through the
USA website at this time.
Shipping Rates
• $15 flat-rate shipping on all orders under $250
• Free standard shipping on all orders $250 or more
Delivery Time
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates
and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking information may take up
to 24 hours to update.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cotton of the Nile is not responsible for
delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the
customer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if there is a delivery issue, please contact us within 48 hours of
delivery at support@cottonofthenile.com and include your order number and photos if applicable.
Returns
Returns Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original
condition, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale or discounted items, customized or special-order products, and personal care items (if
applicable) are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact support@cottonofthenile.com with your order number and
reason for return. If approved, return instructions will be provided.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or
defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after
inspection.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original
purchase and place a new order.
